Visited on a whim…bought a Teddy Bear….great staff and we are very please. 5 stars for sure!

We got a lab pup and we love him so much! The staff was very helpful!

We had originally gone in to pet and play with the puppies, and ended up returning the next day after falling in love with a sweet little Shorkie. Our baby girl, Bexley Rose, is absolutely adored by our family and is just the sweetest! Though we have had her just one day, she is already adjusting well to her new home, including crate training and potty training on her potty pads. Being as tiny as she is, she is also quite the attention-getter– and she loves every minute of it. We are so grateful to the store and all of their associates for their time and patience as we went through the adoption process. We were well-informed about everything from start to finish which helped tremendously since we are first-time puppy owners. I believe Haley was our sales associate the two times we were in there, and she was wonderful to work with. We loved that she knew about Bexley’s little quirks, such as her love for sleeping in the food dish. Though we are not planning another adoption in the near future, we will definitely keep this place in mind should we change our minds.

We couldn’t be happier with our visit to Dream Tails on 7/8/2017 Kaylin was absolutely amazing. She has a great attitude and a wonderful sense of humor and she was so helpful that is hard to find these days. We got a wonderful pup and had a great visit there. The other staff was just as nice and helpful. I am very pleased and will be back in the future. I know Kaylin will be moving on and going to bigger and better things but if she is still there ask for her!! You won’t be dissapointed!! -Ben&Teagan-

So so pleased with the staff here. So helpful and kind. They all had a smile a smile that was genuine. The puppy we bought is so sweet and well bred we couldnt be happier. Kaylin is the one who helped us and she was wonderful. If you go to Dream Tails ask for her I can tell you that you won’t be disappointed!! Everyone there is great but Kaylin will always have a special place in our hearts. She helped us find our furrever child. Thanks again everyone at Dream Tails Sarasota!!!

We purchased our puppy Ginger, a mini-hippo from Dream Tails of Sarasota. We are very pleased with our purchase and the Veterinarian care and the follow up
visits. Ginger received all of her shots and a hematoma in her ear was drained and the expense was covered by Dream Tails.
One problem we are having is we cannot obtain the 39 day pet insurance because we cannot get registered with the AKC due to the fact that the breeder was not listed only the distributer.
With the help of Pet Solutions we are trying to find out who the breeder is. Time will tell – BE CAREFUL
The sales person we worked with was Christine and she was very knowledgeable and patient with us. I would rate our experience with Christine and Dream Tails a 4 star rating.

The The doctors at Sarasota Veterinary Center are great.
