Every Dreamtails puppy goes home with a comprehensive warranty, current vet check, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip registration, a starter food sample, a Dreamtails Memory Book, and a sweet-smelling blanket from their litter. Our concierge team will walk you through everything before you leave.

We back every puppy with a transparent, written warranty covering congenital and life-threatening conditions. We also recommend a vet visit within the first 72 hours, and we partner with you throughout your puppy's first year if anything comes up.

Once you've reserved your puppy, we'll schedule a private go-home appointment at our boutique. You'll spend time with your puppy, meet our concierge team, and review every bit of paperwork in person. We can also coordinate ground or flight nanny delivery anywhere in the U.S.

Absolutely. Most families come visit before falling in love (or fall in love online and visit to confirm — both are valid). Book a private one-on-one visit any day we're open. We'll hold your favorite while you're on your way.
